Maneerat Thamnarak

Maneerat Thamnarak (b. 1994, Chumphon) holds a bachelor's degree in fine arts from Prince of Songkla University, Pattani Campus and a Master's degree in painting from Silpakorn University. Items in everyday life were used in her works as a form of expression through their newly formed shapes achieved by folding, layering, and distorting, to change the way used items were perceived - as memories, as past events that shape the future, and as the present that resulted from the past. This year, Maneerat Thamnarak has been selected to participate in BACC Early Years Project 2023, BAGG.

Maneerat Thamnarak participated in Womanifesto Work­shop 2023 at Baan Womanifesto, Udon Thani Province. She also exhibited Home in the 2023 Womanifesto: Flowing Connections exhibition at the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre.
